Instructions:

The design file must be a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background. Crucially, the image must be mirrored (flipped horizontally) before printing, as it will be applied face-down. Ensure no unwanted white borders exist by slightly "choking" the white ink layer during RIP software setup.

Process:

1. Print Colors: Lay down CMYK color inks onto the film.

2. Print White Base: Apply a thick, wet layer of white ink immediately on top of the colors.

3. Powder Application: Cover all wet white ink with thermo-adhesive powder, shaking off the excess.

4. Curing: Heat the film (approx. $305^\circ\text{F}$ for 90-120s) until the powder melts into a glossy, smooth adhesive film.

Instructions:

1. Pre-Press: Press the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture.

2. Set Heat: Use medium-firm pressure at $305^\circ\text{F}$ - $315^\circ\text{F}$ for 10-15 seconds.

3. Cold Peel: Allow the film to cool completely before peeling slowly.

4. Final Press: Cover the exposed design with parchment and press for 5-10 seconds to set the print and soften the feel.

Instructions: For best durability (50+ washes):

Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold water and a mild detergent.

Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or iron directly on the transfer.

Process: The printer builds the decal layers in reverse onto Film

A: Varnish (Top Coat) CMYK (Color) White Ink (Base) Bonding Adhesive (Final Layer).

Each layer is instantly solidified by UV light. The decal is then laminated with Film B for transfer.

Instructions: The surface must be perfectly clean. Wipe the entire application area with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and a lint-free cloth. Allow the IPA to fully evaporate. Any residue (oil, dust) will severely limit the permanent bonding ability of the adhesive.

Steps:

1. Position: Remove the paper backing and carefully place the decal. Do not reposition.

2. Activate: Firmly and thoroughly rub every part of the decal using a squeegee to activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

3. Peel: Slowly peel off Film B (the clear transfer sheet) at a steep angle. If the design lifts, stop, press again, and continue peeling.

Instructions: Once successfully applied, allow the decal to cure on the object for a minimum of 24 hours before use or washing. This time is necessary for the adhesive to achieve its maximum final bond strength. Always recommend handwashing.
